Please note that appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full session fee. Missed appointments (no-shows) will also incur the full cost. This helps ensure fairness for all clients and allows us to make the most of available booking times. If you need to reschedule, please call the clinic and leave a message.
